Beautiful flowers...

My neighbor had asked me if I could take pictures of their grand kids and them before the grand kids head off to their respective schools; which I said sure.  I'm not a professional photographer; I just enjoy seeing how talented or not so talented I can be.  Anyway,  they have this beautiful flower in their back yard.  I'm not sure what it is as I will have to find out but it looks like a lilly of sorts.  It has hues of blue in the petals and really no scent that I can describe.  So here are my neighbors with their grand kids and the flower.  Enjoy your day...

  2. I like the way you have them looking over their shoulders. It's a great shot.
I believe those flowers are Day Lilies.

  3. Jude - look up Belladonna Lily or Naked Lady lily and see if this might be the flower. Pretty. My neighbor in Sugar Creek used to have them. :-) Theta
